Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen are required to do drug testing due to their child custody agreement, but it seems she doesn’t want to cooperate.Mueller was reportedly supposed to take a test yesterday, but it is being rumored that she refused to do so, states TMZ. The people conducting the test reportedly came to her home, but her lawyer allegedly said she wouldn’t be taking the test.
Now, a refusal is reportedly recorded as a dirty test which means custody of the children could now be changing.
Mueller’s friends have reportedly been worried that she is using drugs again as she has not been in contact.
